Pooped

Moved lots of stuff today...I am pooped! I am hoping to get most of it placed in it's proper place before I go to sleep...so, we can reuse the boxes tomorrow! Molly is having a blast digging in the boxes! It has been raining all day...a dreary day!

Wedding was a Success!

Norma Jane and Tommy's wedding was fabulous...will be posting wedding LOs later! We had so much fun preparing for the wedding...I'm really pooped! Elizabeth is in town and has promised to help me sort and pack at the trailer tomorrow. I hope to get LOTS completed! Have a super Blessed Sunday!

53 Years Young

Well, I am now 53 years young and had an awesome birthday! Special thanks to everyone for their good wishes! Hubby and I ate at WOW tonight and then, went to Wal-Mart where he got a small cake and some (yummy) Blue Bell Groom's Cake Ice Cream! I'll be making a LO with my cake and ice cream!

Spending the day tomorrow with my aunt and her fiance as they prepare for their wedding on Saturday. I will be helping to make cheese balls!

Got the Internet

Thanks to Lance of our local Cox Cable...we now have Internet at the apartment!

Quick Note...

Hi...I am at the trailer washing a load of clothes (no washer and dryer at the new apt.!), gathering a car load of stuff and my 'puter. Cable Internet and phone are supposed to be installed this afternoon! Yipee! Landlord pays for tv cable! More later!

Home! :)

Well, it's official...we are now residents of Lafayette, LA...we signed the lease yesterday and camped out their last night! Now, the fun part...moving, sorting, and cleaning!

Condo

Well, I found another place today...a large one bedroom condo! I got the key today and we'll be signing the lease tomorrow. We took pictures....so, I'll put them up soon! We called the other "perfect place...with leasing agents that don't tell the whole picture" and we'll be getting our deposit back.
